Vehicle purchased not the same as advertised

<br> Below email sent to SMD Boksburg. SMD will not refund the money even though it is clearly evident that we have paid for a different vehicle whose market value is +/ R20000 less than the one advertised.<br> <br> To whom it may concern.<br> <br> Regarding the attached invoice, SMD has grossly misrepresented this vehicle and now refuses to acknowledge their error. We have paid against this invoice as the vehicle being an 81 KW Highline which invoice is attached above but received a vehicle different from your description on the invoice. This car is a 66KW Comfortline.<br> <br> We have been unsuccessful in getting to talk to the manager at Boksburg branch , but had spoken to Jason who kept relaying messages on the managers behalf , I also could not get the name of your manager let alone talk to him, I find this strange. Jason relayed to us that due to Ts and Cs this vehicle will not be discussed.<br> <br> This car is a 66 KW comfortline polo TSI but invoiced and advertised to us as a 81 KW HIGHline polo TSI.<br> These are two different vehicles with two different rand values.<br> <br> We have been legally advised to return the vehicle to Boksburg and we expect a full refund incl. transport costs without any further delay<br>
