Unhappy

Good Day.

I'm a new user to the SMD online portal, I'm based in KZN Durban and the cars I've bid for are in Pretoria and Sandon, I want to cancel my bid as I have no experience with the online system and it will not be feasible for me to go all the way to recieve the vehicle. I've tried contacting the contact centre but it was of no use as I had to hold for hours, I've even experienced glitches stating that my username and password was invalid. I've emailed regarding this issue and have been told that they are aware.
