They don’t disclose on all the money needed

We bidded for a car that was 17 000 and then when we won the bid then all of a sudden the total amount is way over the one we thought it was and the 5000 deposit we put into them is not included and we initially had to raise money so now we can’t raise the money up to what they wanted from us. We just kept on getting surprises about the money being added and I needed that car to take my baby to the doctor. Now we have lost a whole 5 thousand to nothing and a car that we were the only bidders to.
