THEFT OF A BATTERY BY SMD...

I write this review with a heavy heart that women abuse still exist and it also happens in companies where we suppose to get good services. On the 14 September. Sunday 14h55 , I received a notification from my tracking company that the car of my battery was disconnected. I immediately send an email to my insurance company to alert them about that situation. I was told that car was at SMD Krugersdorp for storage as the insurance was awaiting assessment of the damage since the car was involved in an accident. On Monday I went to SMD to collect the car as it was not safe and afraid that other parts were gonna get ******. The lady that assisted me , Sweetness called her manager to inform him about the battery situation. I was instantly told that the car battery was gonna be replaced as it got ****** in their possession.

On the 27 September, I received a call from Daya who said he was the manager of SMD and he want to bring me the battery but I never heart from him since then. I had to buy the battery as the car was done being fixed from the panel beaters and they were gonna charge me for storage. I called Daya several times but his phone wa always off. I then asked my husband one day to call him and he was lucky to get him. Daya asked my husband for us to send him the invoice and our banking details and we did as requested on the 07 November. We kept on contacting Daya just to check if he received the documents but like always his phone was off. On the 21 November, again my husband called him and Daya requested that the invoice should be send to him through whatsapp as he was in Durban. We did as requested.

We waited for few days before again we could call him but like always, his phone was off. We wrote him a follow up email which still even today it's not responded too.

The service of SMD is very poor and they don't car about their clients. ACTUALLY THERE IS NO SERVICE AT SMD. Im suffering like this just because I'm a woman and demanding what's rightfully mine.
