the pictures is not what you are buying

this is the 3rd time i have reported my complaint to smd..!!! Kenneth the manager assured me he would rectify and address the problem the picture the public see on their website is not what you are buying they have no respect and no control over their stock .they damage the vehicles over excessively with the forklifts if you bring it to their attention its excuse after excuse this has an effect on the bidding price as i have to compete with people who dont see the physical damage that they do they have a real don't care attitude and this is really disgusting as they only care about getting higher prices even if there is more damage this is not fair practice this business practice of smd is not acceptable .my second complaint is the security company smd uses has no respect for customers whatsoever they are rude and totally unprofessional a male security officer has no right to grope through a female handbag i understand the security aspect but employ female security personnel and don't treat people like a ******** smd needs to remember we are customers and customer satisfaction should be upheld we are keeping you guys in business come on be fair and professional
