THE DRAMA CONTINUES WITH SMD

Bought an accident damaged vehicle from smd Durban, registration VZT736GP. I cannot do change of ownership on the vehicle because of outstanding police clearance not handed in by smd. the vehicle was advertised as accident damaged and NOT ****** and recovered.

after numerous phone calls and emails. SMD claim the vehicle was never taken by them for police cleareance. I have the enatis print out from my licence (sedibeng) department clearly showing the vehicle was taken for police clearence by smd and the RPC not handed back to the licence department.

SMD refuse to accept their mistake. If this is not sorted out. SMD will face my laywers and the short term insurance ombudsman

the matter will only be resolved once the vehicle is on MY name. I was happy with one of your employees. not your company service
