Terrible service,frustrated

Purchased a vehicle at smd Durban. Personally driven to tow the vehicle from Johannesburg. Date Friday 5 August 2022 When everything is done lady says papers are still at head office and will be sent to sandton smd and they will call when ready which will not be later then Tuesday.. Vehicle is just standing and I cannot do anything.. No papers, no number plates, no license disc. I've been sending messages to smd what'sapp group to get an update as too how far and when will it be ready.. Continously getting responds that Papers are still at head office.. This is soo up setting cause we make an immediate payment to collect our vehicle and still have to wait for what belongs to me.. Ive bought a few vehicles from smd and never had I experience such a problem.. It's a disgrace. Makes me thing about purchasing the next vehicle..
