Terrible Experience

I bought a T5 Kombi online from SMD Chamdor on the 30 September 2019 and I was told that you changed the system and lost the information that they will follow up your finance and give me the Kombi since it was still there. I went to Chamdor more than 6 times speaking to Days (Branch Manager) and he was always telling me that he will come back to me and on Monday after doing ups and downs from Pretoria to Chamdor I was then told that on phone call after I called them that T5 Kombi was sold again to someone else and that you will process my refund. This is terrible I have wasted my time and days driving to Chamdor and now I have to wait again for my money. I need my money urgently
