Super Dissapointed First Time Buyer...

I am dissapointed at the service received from smd. For the 1st time since registering on their website, I saw a vehicle I would prefer to at least bid for. I paid deposit and since I was using the site for the 1st time I made a mistake and place a bid on a wrong vehicle... I chose Car 3 instead on Car 2 more liek just the car below. Immediately I call the call centre and I am of the vew that they can see that I just cliked like 2min ago, I explain the situation that the car I want to bid for is Car B and not Car A, is there a way they cna cancel that bid so I can sleect the correct car.

Call Centre told me as long it is still on, I cannot. Alternatively I must pray someone bids on the same car a higher amount and if not I am stuck with that car I don't want. My final option would be to wait and win the bid (on the car I chose by mistake) and then do a cancellation which will be off the total bid including Vat at 15%, 5% commission and extra R1850. which amounts to more than R6500 or lose the entire deposit if the penalty is more than R5k.

The worst is they can see I am a first timer on their system, I explained the situation and that it is a wrong selection and all. Now I stand to lose the entire deposit and should I want to bid for the car I was hoping to bid for, i need another R5k... For real bro ???
