Something doesn't make sense

I am so disappointed with Smd im at aloss for words. I was a bidder on a online auction this morning and i have won the bid, I phoned Smd now to ask why i didn't receive the pro forma yet and after i spoke to the 3rd person i had to find out that apparently someone else won the bet, and this after i was on the auction until it expired and it was clear to me that i was the last bidder ,what sick joke is this? I wish i could have recorded the whole betting this morning clearly somethings fishy. I mean i will wouldn't have been here if i knew i lost the bet, how is this even possible? This is the first time ever that i have a issue like this with SMD.
