SMD vultures

My vehicle was towed to SMD and it was vandalised. My claim can not be finalized and in a couple of days it's going to be 4 months. They emailed me pictures of the condition of the car when it came and fortunately for me they also emailed pictures of my car leaving their yard. These pictures show that someone tampered with the vehicle but because there's no video footage they are not taking responsibility.
