SMD Towing. 2 weeks and car still hasn't arrived
I purchased a car via the online daily sales portal exactly 2 weeks back. After making payment and arranging with SMD to tow my vehicle from SMD Pretoria to SMD Cape Town. 2 weeks later and I am yet to get my vehicle. I constantly have to follow up because SMD does not keep me updated regarding where the car is. Every time I email them, Dudu responds by saying that she cannot advise where the vehicle is. The last email response I received was this morning after I emailed numerous times stating: "Good Morning
Just checked up on the driver, he says he is still on the road, not mentioning exactly ".. So I paid the R6095 for towing and this is the service I receive? This is unacceptable!!!

After investigation, we see that your payment reflected 19 February and was then scheduled for delivery this week due to tow's going once a week to Cape Town. We have received confirmation that the vehicle has arrived today.
