SMD sold me a car without registration documents

I participated in an online auction on the 6th of April 2020, then won the bid and paid immediately and the money reflected on their account the next day, 7th, then I fetched the car a month later due to covid-19 level 5/4 restrictions, on the 6th of May and that’s’ when they told us the car had no registration documents, a month later, the manager there, Leandrew Herbst, in SMD Pretoria was/is rude. It is now 4 month later and I have not received the car registration documents and the worst part of this situation is that the car is a ****** recovered; it has 2 VIN numbers, no number plate and no licence disc plus they did not put under the comment section of the car in question that it had no registration documents or registration document delay (this is what they do in cases like this). No one from SMD ever bothers to call and update me on the progress status unless I initiate a call. During all this struggles I’ve sent over 20 emails, spoken with over 10 representatives who keep on giving me empty promises and taking down my number claiming they'll call back with an update and never do. Last time I spoke to Raquel Harper at the Reg Doc Dept. she claimed to have app**** for duplicate docs which to this day have not returned, they always push the blame towards the traffic department. There are just too many stories and now the police have impounded the car. I've told them numerous times in writing that they should rather give me another car and apply for the duplicate on their convenience but I’m always referred to Jacques Gomes, a manager there, who never responds to that request.
