SMD SELLS VEHICLES WITHOUT PAPERS!

We bought a Nissan NP200 from SMD on June 11, 2020. The vehicle was promptly paid for and then we couldn't recover the papers for the car. Every day is a new story. The car was listed as a Repo on the documentation, pre-sale. Then we got the excuse that the vehicle was ****** and recovered, which it was not. My partner is in Pretoria today, trying for the last time to recover the papers. We have already sold the car and have the buyer ready to have us arrested. We shall attempt to recover the documents till tomorrow, failing that, we are starting legal proceedings against SMD and that will be with costs. It is ******* to sell vehicles without documentation and doing so is tantamount to *****.
