SMD sell cars without registartion papers

Worse service ever.. Total disservice. Its been 4 Months without car registration papers.Please be aware that the managers also don't know what they are doing. expect nothing from the registration department especially.The Manager named Joy is worse than the previous manager she has no communication skills or management skills, how can they hire such people?
