SMD none response on refund

A day after I paid the deposit SMD`s website went down, I called three days in a raw and informed them that their website wasn`t working they told me I`m the one who has the internet issues I must try tomorrow. I went there to find out and view the cars. Their security guards told me I can`t view cars. Then after I sent them WhatsApp telling them I would like them to pay me back my deposit I was told they are unable to do that due to their website that is offline so I do not understand how does the bank and SMD website become one. They have been unreachable for more than a month. I`m even thinking that they went bankrupt they are now ****ming people.
