Smd ****mers?

Good day

I paid a deposit into SMD's to be able to bid on cars. The challenge this time is that SMD's website went down a few days after. Each time I contacted the whatsapp line, I was told that it's a technical issue that they are fixing.

No calls are answered on any contact number so I went to the Sandton branch to find out what has being going on as it seemed like it was some other issue. I was given the same response by the lady (Gilda Mohale) behind the desk.

All I want is for my deposit to be returned as the website as being down for 3 to 4 weeks and I don't think it's a technical issue as reported. Who can help me get my deposit back?
