SMD False advertising of motor vehicles to get more money

I purchased a Hyundai I20 online from the Durban Auction on Friday 19/02/2021. The vehicle was advertised as a 1.4 fluid and a starter. Upon receiving the vehicle I discovered that the vehicle is in fact a 1.2 and not a 1.4 and the keys were stuck in the ignition which does not start. Seemed like a wrong key inserted into the ignition. I emailed Kazi at headoffice who directed my email to Jason le Roux branch manager of SMD DURBAN. He was adamant and refused to compromise on wrong advertising which amounts to ***** and misrepresentation. We requested a credit as we are buyers from this company for about 20 years. Jason asked us to register the car on our name and it will be re auctioned at an additional cost of R7300 or alternatively they will buy the vehicle back from us at a lower cost. All we want is that the vehicle be taken back and our account credited but Jason refuses to admit liability that the vehicle was sold under false pretences. If anyone can advise as to how this issue can be resolved kindly send me details. We work very hard and to see our hard earned money being ****** by SMD due to false advertising.
