I had paid the deposit amount needed and i proceeded to bid, but I didn't win, so the next week my account alerts me that I need to pay the deposit amount needed which is 5 Thousand, I had already paid it so why should I pay again?

I requested a refund and I was told that I need a three month bank statement attached with my ID, I proceeded to do what I was told. I was ignored for about 4 hours since morning ( 9am) I decided to call and I was told to do what I had already had done, they told me they'll put on the finance line, I was on hold for an hour and I decided to just drop the call, SMD has to be the most ********* site's I have ever encountered. The customer service is horrible. They just don't care I haven't received my refund since
