SMD Durban

I wanted to go fetch my car seats as they were not covered by the insurance, i spoke a lady called Zama who was extremely rude. She said i cant get my seats because the car has been sold but car tracker says the car is still at SMD Durban. I then asked to speak to her manager, she rep****, "my manager is on leave and will be back in January" then close the phone in my ear.
