SMD does it again

I am frustrated by the way this people handle thier bussines, I am a client I have bought many cars from them, but thier arrogance is repulsive if you buy a car and delay in payment you loose your deposit on the spot. But after you pay, you struggle with the documents you call them leaving messages no one will get back to you, when they do they are so arrogant it like now they are making you a favor by getting the documents to you. I bought a car few weeks ago in cape Town clearly the adverti*****t says there is a spare wheel on the car, I get the car there is no spare wheel, I ask were is the spare wheel, they are not responsible I was supposed to see the pictures. Now I say fair enough the person who wrote spare wheel why did the wrote that no answer. I have again bought cars from Cape Town again, I requested in my email that release the cars that my documents should be sent to vereeniging close to me a week later after phone calls and messages I wanted to find out were my car documents are the documents are not yet sent. For their consideration we don't buy this cars because we have a lot of money, but just like them we have clients we are responsible to, I can't tell a client the spare wheel that is written as available is not there because I did not look at the pictures please treat us with some respect and urgency after all this is bussines you not making a favour for us. It is understandable if you endorse the documents will be late, don't tell me you are alone. That is not my problem.
