SMD Boksburg/Cape Town making me loose R46 000

I had to create a second record for the same problem because this item shows that the business responded, but in fact, they responded to the wrong vehicle I purchased.

What I initially reported... Very bad advertising, SMD Boksburg advertised 2007 Mini Cooper S, Approx. 40 000kms, is a started and pictures not showing any defects on car except for the bonnet that need respray. When I received the car it was the total opposite, car did not start, in fact the engine was seized, the body has had some serious repairs done to it and as for the mileage the car, it showed no signs of being a low mileage car. other stuff...door handles broken, roof cracking, all tyre rubber cracked all over due to sun exposure, battery bay totally rusted, seats broken and oily and the list goes on. Car even has an old-used smell inside. All these were never mentioned or portrayed in their pics in any way. I thought the branch manager would be able to assist as we have a very decent chat regarding the situation , however, he rep**** back by email (according to their t&Cs)that they sell their cars as-is because it is 'salvaged' irrelevant of their advertising. Is this fair in this day and age???What a rip-off. Thanks SMD:(

I then received a wrong response..but was called telephonically by Bryan from Boksburg who said that i must send the car to SMD Cape Town, where they will try to resell the car and defer administration cost. They did sell my car for R46 000 rand less that what I paid. I was not told when the auction will happen or asked anything about the reserse. Furthermore, I informed ELizma(SMD Cape Town) that she must speak to Bryan from SMD Boksburg regarding this vehicle. How then, can I be the looser of R46 000. I want my money back. There is no way I am losing such a lot of money through the negligence of SMD.
