SMD Boksburg Hello peter complaint

I have written a complaint on the 6th till date i have not received any response a month later. I was advised to provide 14 working days for the complaint to be resolved 14 working days have passef i have been sending follow up emails with no response since from yesterday. I was advised they are waiting for a quote from suppliers does a quote take 5 days? This is really my worst experience. Katlego Nchabeleng who i was reffered to is not acknowledging emails or giving updates i have to be the one following up everytime!! This is really tiring
