Smd Bloemfontein
False advertising Misleading information on online auction. Me and my partner we bought a honda 1000 RR '06 according to the auction adverti*****t. Only to find out when we check the motorcycle its a 2003 honda 900RR . ADRIAN frm Smd Bloemfontein told us that we can take them as any high court they will never help us . Infact smd Bloemfontein can provide false information they are allowed as they have terms n conditions that allow them to do so. We were mislead by the wrong information posted by smd a honda 2***cc but its all **** marketing quick money to drain from their customers. I have a bike that has a 2006 registration date but its a 2003.

Please note SMD gives you the option to view the salvage vehicle/bike/truck before placing your bid or making full payment on it. If you are not able to view, you can request more images from the branch. Once you place your bid, you have accept that you have acquainted yourself with the condition of the vehicle/bike/truck prior the sale. Please find below point stated in our Terms and condition. https://www.smd.co.za/terms-and-conditions
After discussion with management from the branch and head office SMD has decided not to honoring your request to cancel/return the vehicle/Bike. We can offer to sell it on your behalf on auction.

- All vehicles are sold as "Motor Salvage", irrespective of their appearance or condition.
- The buyer acknowledges that neither the seller of the vehicle(s), nor any SMD representative gave any warranties or guarantees, or made any representations with regard to the condition or state of any vehicle sold.
After discussion with management from the branch and head office SMD has decided not to honoring your request to cancel/return the vehicle/Bike. We can offer to sell it on your behalf on auction.
