SMD AUCTION

I am really disappointed by the big company SMD auction, it was on the 2nd August this year when I participated in online auction. It started at 10am, there were prebid which we were already made, then people started to bid, to cut the matter short at the end I was the highest bidder on two vehicles, ref number BDB092W and BDB139S. Auction dragged from 12h30 until 14h00 no one was outbidding by bid, seeing that I was not contacted I called to find out since there is no one why am I not contacted, the sister who held the phone said the highest bidder will be contacted. I awaited with full since I was the highest bidder. I allege that the person who was running the auction seeing that the person he was having a deal with was not outbidding me, he waited until 15h00 and resume same auction on the same lot in order to fulfil the deal I alleged they made. Auction does not have a break, but that one had 3hours in between stopping without any challenger.
