SMD another **** to be wiped out?

I have a shocking revelation about SMD and the auctions they carry out. I bought a vehicle which showed an odometer of 82697km, only to discover that the vehicle has 255000 km when i took it for service. On calling the manager, Arrunel Pienaar, after days of struggling to get someone to assist, he told me that all he can do is resell the car on my behalf and remove the kms!!!! Who is the next person to be cheated into paying so much money for the wrong thing? I could not believe my ears. This is what SMD does-deliberately misleads..shout out to all using their services..think twice..check the other competition and place your money where its worth is realised. I am disgusted and am not going to rest until justice is done!!

SMD will not be held liable for errors in description, and no refunds or returns for same will be entertained. The responsibility to verify the exact derivative of each vehicle lies with the buyer. No mileage on auctioned vehicles are guaranteed. https://www.smd.co.za/terms-and-conditions The Manager that spoke to you was giving you the option of selling the vehicle on one of our auction since you were unhappy with your purchase. You then asked which mileage we would show and we said we would put it as not applicable since you discovered after the purchase the mileage is incorrect. We have tried to assist you. Thank you, SMD
