SMD and greed
SMD are evil, greedy and they have no conscience SMD is most evil auction. They are very greedy and they have workers who do not consider customer complaints. Even when you have made payment for the car you purchase during lock down they will still put it up for auction to get a highest bidder on the vehicles. The lady by the RIA is ******, rude and she lacks customer services. My advise to people is to beware of SMD in this lock down. Auction nation doesn’t abuse clients because they know there is COVID-19 and this are not working as usual but for SMD IS NOT THE SAME. They know that if you pay they won’t give you the car in 24hrs and they want you to pay and when you pay they still put the car on auction looking for highest bidders this is so evil and wicked SMD ARE ********.
Every effort has been made to make clients aware of our processes during lockdown, including a banner on the home page of our website, and email to all our customers. In line with the requirements set by the President, SMD is not able to open its branches to the public to release vehicles. No employee of SMD is able to make any rules above those set by the President.
