SMD must have the worst customer care at their Pretoria Branch. From the moment you enter the premises you are faced with rude, unfriendly, unhelpfull staff. From the desk through to the yard where you collect. How is it possible for Barloworld to employ such people to serve their customers? If i could score you a minus I would. Ps. I collect cars on a weekly basis at most branches in Gauteng. Pretoria branch=Pathetic.
