selling with wrongful information

I just bought a car at SMD cape town in Stikland only to find out it had a bearing knock and they refuse to help me on refunding me or fixing it.

Usually they always state when their cars have a problem under comment on their side but on my car they didn't state it and it was an online bid they say there's nothing they can do about it and it's a second time they doing this and it's becoming a habit

SMD is a salvage company selling damaged vehicles to the public and trade. You have previously purchased 5 other items from us.

Where we are informed of major issues with vehicles, we load these as additional comments, but we do not load comments on all mechanical or structural issues with vehicles.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we can sell teh vehicle on your behalf, without reserve, at a fixed commission rate. Should you wish to do this, please contact us.

Kind regards.

Best regards,
