****med out of R125 000 by SMD by selling me ******* vehicle

I bought a Toyota Quantum 2.7 from SMD Sandton for working purposes for R125 000 cash hard savings. It was clearly advertised as 14 seat Quantum, the pictures showed as such, the vehicle logbook from SMD clearly stipulated as such.

I registered the vehicle into my name with no problem. The problem occured when I needed the license disc from department of transport so the vehicle can be roadworthy. They informed me I can not be issued with the disc infact the vehicle needs to be pounded and crushed as it was "*******ly converted" to a 14 seater vehicle as this vehicle was a panel van.

I have been incontact with SMD on several times even with a guy by name Given. My complaint is just being ignored purposely my emails and calls not returned.

This is pure ********* for a business to do this to its clients. Its clear either I was ****med purposely or reaping off peoples monies is just order of the day for them without taking any accountability or action. Im in KZN sitting with a useless vehicle I can not use and is bound to be destroyed by DOT soon while SMD ****** me of my money
