Salvage management and disposal dispute
I am writing this very bad review with regards to empathy smd (salvage management and disposal) have towards loyal customers who have been doing business with them for a very long time. I explained to kazi from head office customer service my situation and how it came about that accidently clicked the place button on the auction. I fully understand the consequences of the mistake however smd should also take into consideration that I ask them to atleast show empathy to clients who have spent well over 1 million and plus and besides the referral business that I have given them and through word of mouth which I have proof of the accounts people opened and bought many cars successfully. The Lady I spoke to kazi refused to let me speak to higher authority as she was adamant that I must just be penalized and get it done with. I was sitting passenger in our vehicle while driving we had to swerve out for another car and made a small accident nothing major just my head touched the windscreen and coupled of minutes later when all was said and done I checked my phone to continue with the auction which by then I realized I bought a vehicle which I hadn't intended to and that I had intended to buy 3 vehicles in later lots coming up in the auction. I then immediately contacted smd to let them know of what happened and that was not 1 of the vehicles that intended to buy and how it came about that I happened to place a valid bid on that specific vehicle. I pleaded with them and ask them to please cancel that bid an that I'm placing high bids on 3 vehicles coming up and it would be to the value of 150 000 but the sheer arrogance displayed by kazi in customer is utterly disgusting and outright poor. I genuinely feel that my matter should be attend by the highest means and authority possible. I told her I can provide case numbers for my ordeal which she straight away refused. I bought vehicles in worst conditions which I had no problem buying because I had means in getting it sorted in no time. I am running a business and to a certain extent this blatant disregard towards my matter was handled needed to be reviewed. I immediately opted not to buy the vehicles I wanted because I felt really disappointed. If need be I would cancel my account and others that I have referred with immediate effect an would rather goto Go Bid, aucor auctioneers, Michael James and many more who would value my business dearly. If I do have to forfeit my 5000 I would also as a Farwell take it to the revelvant media houses and social media aswell. I hope the matter can be attended speedily and swiftly and we would meet with a mutual agreement.
