RUAN SMD durban misrepresentation..

i bought a car kia 2700 at smd durban and after a day went to look at the car to find out it's a water damange of which it was not marked water damange like what they do in other car. I laid a request for them to look into the mater to RUAN who is a manager at durban but he told me that the car is a storm and mud damange and the cannot cancell the car. I asked him where does the storm and mad originates as from common knowledge its water. You don't even need matric to see that and he said he is no responsible for the misrepresentation. I need this car to be cancelled as I won't be taking a water damange car unknowing and Ruan and his team does not know that all the above is water damange. please look into this mater ref SARP***4
