Refusing to assist

I would give a zero rating

I've asked assistance regarding a vehicle sold to them

I need the value of the damages caused

They informed me that due to the popi act they cannot do this

I asked if I can get an attorney to request this, no reply on that

The individuals are Tikie Tlale and Zerak Hanyane

They certainly don't go a step out of their way to assist

It is an extremely urgent and legal matter

How do I escalate this?

It's really absurd
