Refused refund on a car that doesn't have a chase number and Vin tag

Yesterday on the 9.12.2020 I bet on a car on SMD online auction, and won the bet. I then paid the full amount. It was mentioned that the car starts but to my surprise when I got to the SMD PRETORIA the car didn't have chase number and Vin tag. Then I told the manager he gave me the people I'm supposed to contact. When I sent them email I told them about my problem, they didn't care, they told me that once the car is purchased there's nothing they can do. All I want from the is to refund the amount into my smd account so that I can bid on another car. I don't want the money back into my fnb account. Or at least show me other cars that are worth the amount I payed so I can chose from them since well the one that I bid on doesn't have chase number. How does one use such car? Thier service is very poor and bad. They don't think for other people.
