Refund me my transport cost as promised

I just can't believe how selfish and un human the manager from SMD Boksburg can be, He promised me to re-fund me my transport cost I have incurred coming to collect a car that brought online while it was re-called by Mfc, I went through all the process of collecting the car no one said nothing, I was there for more than 4 hours, I know I can't get back my time but atleast can He refund me my R694 transport me as He promised He will, if He has done his job properly I wouldn't have come there to collect that car I would have been informed sooner about the problem or I would have been told as soon as I got there, please SMD refund me my transport money I need it to add on R72 I spent a day on transport to go to work, I didn't mind spending it cause I knew I had a car now, not knowing that the car I bought wasn't supposed to be sold.
