Poor service

Good morning,last week I lodged the call regarding the service of SMD about wires that are cut off in my car and battery,the manager of SMD did come yesterday to inspect the car and took photo of engine however didn't finish to view the car because we didn't have a jumping cable to open the car,and he said he is to take cables and come back never come back,this morning when I call him he is talking about alot of stories,he said he is aware that they had took the battery out and he is to pay for that(batter)wires he is not sure to pay because the didn't come first day at his place and the handwriting is not his,if SMD can pay wires and my battery that are been cut off I will be happy because now he is saying the was not sent to him on 10/2/2021 it was sent on 17/02/2021 so he is not sure who is going to pay the damage of that so it's time for miway to rise their hands and solve the matter of battery and cut off wires ad they are not paying me,I feel that this two company treat me bad because I am a woman their didn't respect my staff cut them and remove it which is *****ing thru had stole my stuff and destroyed it
