Poor Service

Complaint about SMD BOKSBURG: RENAULT CLIO 1.4 2001 model bought on 06/05/2015<br> I bought clio 1.4 that was confirmed to start by both administrator Thobile, Innocent and the sales person during bidding. To my surprise the car was towed to Dispatch / Receiving for collection after payment and the car was not starting anymore. I ran back to Thobile the administrator she refer me to confirm with Innocent as the record stated that the car starts by itself. Unfortunately Innocent could not understand why. I was advised to go and log a complaint to the responsible manager Mr Patrick.He told me to leave his office as SMD cars are sold AS IS therefore my complaint is null and void and he is not responsible to look after people during viewing as the fault might have occurred after viewing the car on the 05/05/2015. I appealed to him and further gave him 2 proposals-to leave the car for further assessment or withdraw the bid but SMD keep payment to be given an opportunity for bidding as it was not my intention to buy car that does not start all was declined. as female and 1st time buyer I would like to appeal for consideration.
