POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I registered for the online bid after seeing a 2010, BMW, X1 sDRIVE18i A/T, Silver, Code 2, that looked very good with just minor faults on pictures that i knew i would be able to fix. I won the Bid for the car and paid for it. Upon going to fetch the car the pictures were far from what i saw. The car seemed to have been involved in a accident and had more damages than was shown on the pictures. The inside was even worse. Which according to me contradicts the images that i had seen. I was unhappy with the car and opted to not take it with me after asking one of the consultants who advised me to write an email to service telling them about my story. I was than referred to the branch manager who sent me the terms and conditions. I had already stated my unhappiness about the car and its misleading pictures, there were cables which were hanging, the roof of the car looked like it was smashed, some of the smashes of which are not even shown on the pictures, the paint work looks very bad etc. I called her to explain the story she understood but told me she could not make decisions about such matters. A few days later she told me there is nothing that they can do for me as i had to view the car before purchasing. I re**** on the pictures which to me looked good. I even asked for my money to be kept and for me to be allowed to bid for another car of the same value as that one. However i was denied that option. In closing i would like for this matter to be resolved as i am in need of a car to get to work on a daily.
