POOR ADMIN/NO REGISTRATION DOCUMENTS

I purchased a vehicle at the Cape town branch on the 25-05-22,and made all payments accordingly.I then couriered the vehicle down to Durban.It is now the 09-06-22 and still havent recieved any registration documents.I called the cape town branch to follow up and spoke to Elizma Lombard who sounded very undertstanding and promised to look into the matter urgently.After recieving no feedback from Elizma i called the head office in pretoria and to my surprise the registration documents had been sent to the Cape town branch and actually recieved by Elizma personally on the 25-05-22.I then called in and spoke to Elizma who started making excuses about them moving offices etc which has nothing to do with me!,i then interjected and advised i will have a private courier collect the documents although i paid a document handling(mishandling) fee of R2250 Elizma then agreed.I sent her a copy of my tax invoice aswell as the waybill for the courier company to collect.Hopefully this gets sorted today as i had to make my own arrangments to obtain this document and the only way this document will not reach me is due to incompetnace on their end even after me doing all the work to have this couriered to Durban.After reading reviews this seems to be an ongoing issue with SMD and i definitley would not reccomend purchasing from them as you will cry and be left with an unlincenced vehicle that you cannot legally drive or insure! I have all my call logs and email communcation on hand as proof that they also do not answwer any calls nor respond to any emails,I literally have to call 100 times non stop only to get through once as they take the phone of the hook.Also the law states that all vehicles purchased must be licenced with 21days to which SMD has no intention of upholding,SMD needs to held accountable and get their act together!I will update my review after this evening hopefully with a more postive outcome.
