My name is Clara, ***,On the 6th ofJanuary 2015, I took my jeep grand c hero keep to smd pretoria est for sale. One of their managers called Lynne aattended me, she gave me documents to sign to show that I left my car to be sold. I told Lynne to sell my car for amount of R5000, telling her that if it doesn't reach this amount please don't sell it. Lynne told me that she will be selling my car on the 26/01/2015 and I agreed. To my surprise, I received call on the 20 of January from Lynne informing that my car was sold on the 12 of January 2015 so I must come to the office to sign the contract of sale of a motor vehicle. On this same day 20/01/2015 I went to see her, she told me that my car was bought for the amount of R 16243. 90. I refused to sign telling her that it is better for me to take my car back and she refused telling me that either I take it or leave it. My husband told me to sign so that we can not loose everything. On the 21/01/2015 I signed a contract of R 16243.90 which I must wait for seven to ten working days to get it. On the 02/02/2015 I called Lynne to confirm about the payment and she told m that the amount was not paid because I signed wrong
