PATHETIC SERVICE

I purchased a vehicle from SMD Polokwane on the 20-09-22.The last time i had purchased a vehicle from SMD there was huge mal-administration conducted on SMD'S end and it took forever to recieve the registration documents.

This time around tried my best to not have this issue so i had requested the registration documents on the day of the purchase 20-09-22.

Today is the 30-09-22 and despite me sending numerous emails practically begging for feedback regarding the registration documents i have recieved no response from SMD.I am now 100% sure SMD does not value its clients and make it seem as if arranging registration documents for clients is a favour.

It is really sad that the only way to get someone to assist is by writing a review on hello peter.

I do not want any apologies,i just need my registration documents tended to.

The below email addresess is everyone whom ive emailed and recieved no responses from,and i sincerely hope SMD does something about this!

Whomever attends to these email addresess needs to be investigated as their jobs are to make sure all the clients needs are attended to ,it is clear that these people do not take their jobs seriously,and the only way to rectify this is to start holding people accountable.

Also i have paid my deposit to bid and sent through the proof of payment,however they keep kicking me out not allowing me to bid saying my deposit isnt reflecting.Ive made the payment on the 12-09-22 and ive confirmed with my bank that the funds have left my account.Everytime i call in to rectify this,the agents keep transferring my me to the accounts department who dont pick up at all.It is almost a month since making the deposit and if its not reflecting on SMD'S end im not sure how do we rectify this as ive confirmed that the funds have left my account on the 12-09-22 and furnished SMD with the proof of payment.
