Pathetic customer service
I REQUESTED A REFUND ON THE 1ST OF AUGUST TILL TODAY I HAVENT RECEIVED MY MONEY , I HAVE TRIED CALLING BUT THE DEPARTMENT THAT DEALS WITH FUNDS NEVER PICKS UP UNTIL I RUN OUT OF AIRTIME IF CALLED LIKE 5 TIMES BUT STILL NO LUCK SENT EMAILS AND STILL NO LUCK ,I REALLY DONT KNOW HOW THESE PEOPLE CONDUCT THE BUSINESS, ITS DOWN RIGHT UNPROFESSIONAL
