No tax invoice after paying

I was instructed by my insurance company after rejecting my claim to collect my car REG CF97JLGP from you branch in Sandton/Wynberg. After paying approximately R3000 for storage I asked for tax invoice as proof of payment however I was laughed at by your staff members. I was told that they don`t issue invoice for car collections, this does not make sense at all.
