No Bidding as Deposit is never available after paying it over to SMD

H. I signed up to buy a vehicle from SMD in Nov 2021 . As be fore I bought two vehicles from them way back . I tried this time around and never had any joy . I had to pay a deposit of R5000. as this was to secure that if you bid on a car and got it , you pay the difference and collect the car once the deal is done and full payment made . Since depositing money , I could never bid on any vehicle as every time there was a request to pay a deposit of R5000. They supposed corrected this over the time and last communication was that I do not have to contact them for correction as they fixed the problem . Last night I wanted to select a bid on a vehicle I thought might be the one and was discouraged again as the Deposit was again not available to select a bid on a vehicle . Currently I would just like to get my money back and is again starting the process to get money retrieved . Not sure how long this process will take as I am totally discouraged .
