I'm a dealer and I buy close to 6 cars a week from smd but the customer service is really bad especially when it comes to the papers for the vehicles the 1 day I called and asked if my papers arrived the lady over the phone at chamdor told me that I'd didn't come so I told her I'll give u something please check for me and after that all of a sudden my papers medially appeared
