MOM***4A - CP393298MS - Complaint

Good evening

Kindly note that before I escalate this matter to the Ombudsman or the Civil Court for that matter I need to know:

1. How (and if at all) SMD established / confirmed with cer*****y that my vehicle was in Panalfred and PinareJohn General Enterprise’s possession for any amount of time? 2. How are payments made to a company that has no VAT registration number? 3. When the vehicle was collected at Lehlaba on the R555 road to Stofberg and NOT Bothashoek Village as per the invoice, why were the invoices not scrutinized? 4. Were proof of the so-called strike ever submitted to my insurer? 5. Why was I never contacted to ascertain where the vehicle was being stored?

Because of someone’s gross negligence or blatant ********** acts I will now be held responsible for this and that will not be accepted.
