Misrepresentaion and misleading adverts-Update

After writing my complaint regarding the SMD on the 2nd of March, their response was the kind that reflect their unwillingness to comply with CPA. They knew the car could not even start as it was in their premises but failed to disclose such information when advertising for an auction: whether you are in a salvage business or just got a mandate, there should be some level of transparency in your business dealings. Again, they indicated that if I want to cancel the deal i should inform them and they will assist me. I had already sent an email with a clear request to cancel the deal and refund my money a day before I wrote my complain here. Until today, I have not heard a word from them. Which implies that their response to my initial complain was just a PR exercise. They are earning interests out of my money while I incur charges for the extra money I loaned!
