Mislead and left hanging
I am extremely disappointed with SMD Vereeniging, I bought 2 cars from them and i never had a smooth customer experience.
Yesterday I went to collect my car and to my surprise the car did not have a battery even though the call center agent confirmed the car to be having a battery. All the way from Pretoria to Vereeniging to fetch the car only to discover that it does not have the battery which I could have organised.
The manager there is just clueless and helpless. I mean after making sufficient inquiry and you find a different situation when you are physically there.
SMD I WANT MY BATTERY.

SMD vehicles are sold as salvage vehicle.
The vehicle was received from the supplier without a battery and was sold without one, hence the vehicle was released without one.
In future please contact the branch where the vehicle is situated to request more information on it as they would know more information on the vehicle then the call Centre.
