Kathy does know how to make customers happy.
I bought the Car at SMD and there where some stuff I was not happy about. I was very angry and did not want to buy anything from SMD but now I will always buy at SMD and I'm happy.Kathy tried all her best to make sure that she resolved all the issues for me in an understanding and great attitude. Kathy is the shining star that shines bright when is dark at SMD.<br> <br> Thank you so much for the great service Kathy. SMD should keep you.
