<p>I went to the SMD branch to have my car auctioned in Boksburg. Everthing went amazingly well and my car was bought on timed auction on the 20th of January 2017.The client paid the full amount on sameday and everything was proper. I started following up on my payment on the 30th of January 2017 and was told everything was in order and was told that I was to expect the money within 48hrs. I asked for the proof of payment and was told they don't provide such. 48 hrs came and lapsed no payment in my account. I am now confused because everytime I go to the Head Office in Centurion the kind of attitude that I get from the reception going forward is not good. I dont know whether is it a crime to ask when I'm gonna get paid or what. </p>
